Coverage period

DuelStation includes a one-year limited hardware warranty beginning on the delivery date for the original purchaser.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal tabletop use, subject to inspection and confirmation.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, cosmetic wear, lost accessories, or damage caused by use outside normal tabletop conditions.

Warranty service

If a covered defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. To begin a claim, email support@duel-station.com with your order number, issue description, and photos or video.
