Preorder product

DuelStation is offered as a launch-batch preorder. Product specifications, packaging, and shipping estimates may change before fulfillment.

Pricing and payment

The launch preorder price is $399 before applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or payment provider fees. Payment is processed by PayPal.

Shipping estimate

The current estimated shipping window is Q3 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will provide updates if the schedule changes materially.

Cancellation before fulfillment

You may request preorder cancellation before fulfillment by emailing support@duel-station.com with your order details.

Returns after delivery

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned hardware must be complete, in reasonable condition, and include the original accessories.

Limited warranty

DuelStation includes a one-year limited hardware warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the delivery date. Warranty service is handled through support@duel-station.com.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges assessed by their destination country.

Acceptable use

DuelStation is a real-card remote duel terminal for physical TCG play. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card game publisher, tournament organizer, or platform unless explicitly stated.
