Preorder timing

DuelStation is currently planned for Q3 2026 fulfillment. We will share production and shipping updates with preorder customers by email.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are shown before payment when checkout is available. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees.

Preorder cancellation

You may request preorder cancellation before fulfillment by emailing support@duel-station.com with your order details.

Returns after delivery

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned hardware must be in complete, reasonable condition with included accessories. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and original payment method.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@duel-station.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order number.
