If you join the wishlist, we also collect the country or region, user type, requested TCG, and email address you submit so we can understand demand and notify you when compatibility becomes available.

If you sign up for launch notifications, we collect the email address you submit so we can send campaign news, production progress, compatibility updates, and launch-batch reminders.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full payment card numbers or PayPal credentials on this website.

How we use information

We use order and contact information to process preorders, provide customer support, send fulfillment updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Third-party community links

If you join our Discord community, Discord may process your account, message, device, and usage information under its own privacy practices. Order, refund, and warranty support should still be handled through support@duel-station.com.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@duel-station.com. Some records may need to be retained for order, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
